Automated Reporting to LEADS Online
LEADS Online Reporting Software - specifically configured to produce and transmit approved reports to L.E.A.D.S. Online.
Pawnbroker Pawn Shop Software produces a file that uploads automatically to LEADS ( Law Enforcement Analytical Data System).
Reports can be sent daily if required. When the first report is sent, unless otherwise specified, all transactions recorded in the program will be sent. Only transactions that have transpired since the last report will be sent with subsequent transmissions.
Pawners can be identified by Name, Address, Email, Phone #, Birthday, User Date, User Text, Race, Eye Color, Ht/Wt, Sex, Identifying Marks, and two of these: Birth Certificate, Credit Card, Driver's License, Green Card, Insurance Card, Library Card, Military ID, Passport, SSN, State ID, Student ID.
Pawned Items are identified by pawner ID, Item #, Pawn Date and Due Date. They can be further classified by Category, a Description, Details, a Serial #, an Owner-Applied #, User-Defined Groups, Gold Carats, Ticket # and Transaction Location. One picture of each item may be recorded (no larger than 620 x 700 pixels).
Pawnbroker Pawn Shop Software is the lowest-priced software for pawn shops. Some other programs have more features but for most shops the expense of those extra bells and whistles is unnecessary.
All editions of Pawnbroker Pawn Shop Software (Intro, Deluxe, Diamond and Virtual) include LEADS Online reporting.
LEADS can provide usernames and password for automatic upload of reports (using FTP: File Transfer Protocol). Those values are stored in Pawnbroker Pawn Shop Software and used to upload all transactions since the last upload to LEADs.
The beauty of Pawnbroker Pawn Shop Software is that there are no prepayments for support, so initial prices for the software are much lower than other programs. Also, there are no forced and increasing monthly or annual payments for 'support'. Instead, payment for support is only made when help is needed and help is provided at rates about half that of local IT services.
Beginning in the second year there is a small annual software maintenance of $150.
